Angela ,
Rev. Luisa is a talented and committed Interfaith Minister and Holistic Healer who brings light and joy to every single wedding experience. I have worked with her for many years, and when I refer a couple to her, I rest easy knowing that their needs and interests are in good hands. Rev. Luisa creates beautiful, meaningful, personalized services for couples (In English or Spanish) with the perfect balance of ritual and spirituality. Her peaceful presence ushers couples through this sacred experience with great care, and keeps all those present mindful of what the day is truly about – LOVE!
Wish Upon a Wedding
I had the honor of planning Alexa and Chase's wedding and unfortunately, the officiant we originally had enlisted to perform their ceremony had a family emergency. With only a few hours notice, Rev. Luisa willingly stepped in to create and deliver a personalized and heartfelt ceremony. We were granting a wish through Wish Upon a Wedding because the groom was very ill, so the words chosen were particularly important and the situation required a heighten sensitivity to the circumstances. With almost no time to prep, very little direction and having not met the couple, Rev. Luisa created a space for the couple to share their story comfortably in their own words, enabling them to create a memory that was captured and will be treasured forever.
Sezelle:
Loved Luisa - she is so calm and enthusiastic. She also made sure we were happy with every word of the program - helping us craft a few versions until we hit on the one we liked the best. The day was amazing, she is experienced, kind and so pleasant to work with . I'd recommend her without any reservations! You won't go wrong!!
Gloria:

Rev. Luisa is the BEST!! It was like love at first sight. Her energy is so positive. She is such a kind and loving person. Such a professional. I honestly felt an immediate connection with her and Rev.Deirdra. She answered all of my questions. She fulfilled her duty as an officiant for our wedding. We had a unity sand ceremony which was absolutely beautiful & touching. My husband and I are extremely grateful to have had her be the one to marry us. Luisa, we wish you much success. Thank you for making our day so special. We absolutely adore you! Thank you so very much! We will never ever forget you. Big xoxo
Samantha:
My now-husband and I were matched with Rev. Porrata by the Riverside Church, and we could not be more thrilled that she was the one to marry us. During our first meeting with Luisa, she really got to know us and we got to know her as well. We were immediately connected to her through her warm welcome and smiles. She provided us with a lovely ceremony, in both English and Spanish, and helped us to personalize our ceremony; we're honored to have had her as our Officiant on out 5/6/17 wedding! Everything was seamless and perfect, and our friends and family even asked us how long we'd known her, and that she spoke as though we'd all been friends for quite some time. Highly recommend her!
Jake:
Rev. Porrata was kind and accommodating during every part of the process. There was no time during the preparation when I felt unsure of her capabilities. She delivered our service in both English and Spanish, included personalized writing, and worked with us and the church every step of the way to make sure our special day was perfect.
Matthew:
Luisa is a kind, wonderful person and was very concerned with getting the details of our ceremony just right. She'll have you fill out a questionnaire to better get to know you, and send you a draft ceremony, which you are welcome to edit and send back to her. She is highly recommended!
Mary Ann:
If you want a ceremony that is not generic, but personal, this is the Minister to choose. I interviewed 3 different people, and hands down Rev Luisa was the perfect fit.
Pat:
Rev. Luisa has been a trusted friend of mine for years. When it was time for me and my partner to get married she was the only one I would trust to plan and perform a beautiful ceremony, and she did. She listened to our vision of our wedding and made it absolutely perfect. We highly recommend Rev. Luisa

Luisa was such a kind, loving, helpful person who made our ceremony so magical. Our wedding was in Central Park in 90 degrees and Luisa not once let the weather be a concern. Luisa helped me speak my vows in Spanish to my husband, Luisa did such a perfect Ceremony and we are very excited to do our part two ceremony with her. Luisa made me feel like I've known her for years and that she was apart of my family. I highly recommend Luisa if you want a special personalized ceremony. Luisa really put a lot of time in getting to know what was special for us. THANK YOU SO MUCH

An:
Rev. Luisa is one of the sweetest people that I've ever met. She was incredibly accommodating, responded quickly to our requests, and ultimately provided the most perfect ceremony at a great price. It was more than I could've asked for especially as my husband and I wanted something short but sweet. She catered to our wants and needs and it was so beautifully worded, that I feel I'll never hear a ceremony quite like this one again. Rev. Luisa is kind, warm, and so wonderful to work with. I highly recommend her!
